2. Products & pricing

Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors. Promotional pricing and bundles are limited-time and subject to availability.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline orders that appear fraudulent or are restricted by export rules. Confirmation arrives by email within minutes — if it doesn't, check your spam folder, then write to us.

4. Use of the site

You agree not to: (a) misuse the site or attempt to disrupt service, (b) scrape content or reverse-engineer the storefront, (c) post abusive or unlawful content if reviews are enabled, (d) impersonate another person.

5. Intellectual property

All product names, photography, brand assets, and editorial content on this site are owned by lum or licensed for use. You may share for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

6. Liability

Our products are cosmetic and intended for external use only. We make no medical claims. If you have a known allergy, patch-test on the inner arm before full use. We are not liable for misuse, allergic reaction not patch-tested, or third-party links from this site.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Disputes are resolved in Lisbon courts unless local consumer law provides otherwise.
