The 30-day guarantee

We stand behind every box, brush, and tube. If you're not visibly satisfied within 30 days of receiving your order — softer, brighter, more rested skin, or your money back — write to us. No tricks, no fine print.

How to start a return

Email lumbeautyshop@gmail.com with your order number and a short note. We respond within 48 hours with a prepaid return label (EU only).

Eligibility

• Open and used items are eligible — we trust you tried it.
• Bundle packs: returns are processed on the full bundle (not per unit).
• Gift cards and final-sale items are not refundable.

Refund timing

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3 business days back to your original payment method. Bank settlement may take an additional 5 business days.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrived broken, melted, or wrong — send a photo to lumbeautyshop@gmail.com within 7 days. We ship a free replacement immediately, no return required.

Shipping costs

Return shipping is free within the EU. Outside the EU, we share the cost case by case — contact us.
